After high school, many students face difficulty in choosing the right field of study due to limited access to information, lack of self-awareness, and insufficient guidance from parents, teachers, and counselors. As a result, they often make uninformed decisions that lead to poor career choices, affecting not only their personal and academic lives but also having broader social and economic consequences. Recognizing this growing concern, the Center of Business Administration (CBA) has launched the Aghaz Mentorship Program, a dedicated initiative designed to guide high school students in discovering their strengths, exploring various career opportunities, and making informed decisions about their future, ultimately helping them build a fulfilling and successful career.
